A modernized 4 family brownstone a stone’s throw from Fort Greene Park. The bottom two apartments were combined for a growing family. A vertical extension was created to give the apartment a new grand bedroom and bath with custom windows and an extra tall ceiling.
A grand angular oak wood and rounded plasterstaircase was placed in the center of the apartment to connect the two floors.
Additional details:
- a new greenhouse with seamless flooring and an accordian door to expand the kitchen and living area
- a guest bedroom that doubles as a screening room
- a green roof
